Shopograph

Shopograph tells you, in one glance, whether a product on a store shelf is worth buying. Snap the box, the item or its barcode, and you get an honest 5-star rating, a Buy / Maybe / Avoid call, and the lowest price at a store that has it in stock right now.

Where the rating comes from

Every check searches the live web, worldwide, for reviews of that exact product: Amazon in every country, the big retailers, the brand's own site, Reddit, YouTube, forums and expert testers. Store star averages are inflated by fake and early reviews, so we weigh long-term reliability complaints and detailed owner reviews more than quick 5-star ratings.

How we find the price

Prices come from stores that sell in your country, in your currency. We open each store page we find and keep it only if it loads, is the same model, is new, shows a real price and has the product in stock. You only ever see links we have just checked. If the exact item isn't sold new anywhere, we show a similar product at the same price and quality instead.

For AI shopping agents

AI shopping agents can ask Shopograph directly over MCP or a JSON API: connect your agent. How every rating and price is made: methodology.

How Shopograph makes money

Some Buy buttons are affiliate links, so a store may pay us a small commission when you buy. It never changes the rating, the Buy / Maybe / Avoid call, or which store we show. We always show the cheapest in-stock store we found, whether or not it pays us.

Example

A product we've checked: Melnor metal 4-way hose splitter at Walmart
