How we count
Confirmed price: we opened the store's own page and it showed this exact item, in stock, at that price. A price we couldn't open is labelled as listed, never as confirmed. Wrong-product reports come from shoppers ("Not it?") and from agents that report a problem. The self-check runs real sample checks every day and checks that the product named is the one asked for.
